Great product!I was very skeptical whether it would have any effect at all, as a cheap variant from the drugstore market was useless.But I have to say tensions are released really well.I sit at a desk all day and my shoulders are often very tense. A massage in the evening and before sleeping put cream on the shoulder and lo and behold the next day, the tension pain was almost gone.
It is also very practical for sports bags. Just apply cream after exercise and your legs won’t feel that heavy the next day. Even better is that muscle soreness is significantly less:)Very handy if you don’t tolerate magnesium tablets as well!

Since I couldn’t tolerate the magnesium capsules but had terrible lower leg cramps without them, I was looking for an alternative that didn’t have to go through the stomach. This gel is simply great. I feel a pleasant “tingling” and my muscles are cuddling. But somehow my skin chemistry has changed. For my back, I take Voltaren off and on. It immediately becomes liquid and then clumps. How can that be, I haven’t gotten behind it yet. However, this should not reduce the effect of the gel.

Since I had increased cramps in my legs, I wanted to specifically add magnesium there. However, this gel simply does not get into the skin and efforts to massage it in have also led to cramps in the arms.
After applying it several times for about a week, I still didn’t feel any effect, no tingling and certainly no improvement in cramps. They were more likely to be reduced by magnesium in capsule form than by this gel. So I got rid of it. So I can’t recommend the product

I tend to get calf cramps in the night that can be very painful. I have been using a Magnesium for some time that really works fast, I just put on my hand and wipe it on and the pain goes away. This spray doesn’t work as fast, I actually compared it one night when both calves were going to town on me. The spray of this one seems oily and that may keep it from working as fast. The competitor is made in the USA and this one is made in Germany. One star off for speed of relief. One more star off for packaging, it came with no packaging and no sealing so it leaked in shipping.
