I have been wanting to use magnesium for a while now and this is what I went for. It came without a lid and leaked a little bit, a bit messy. Wasn’t sure what to expect, but I sprayed it on my shoulder and upper back and rubbed it in. It does stain clothing because of the oil. A little later I noticed I wasn’t as tense as before. Before bed, I showered and rubbed it on my calves, back, and bottoms of my feet, then put socks on. I was asleep within 20 minutes and didn’t wake up once, felt like I barely blinked but woke up well rested and ready by 8 am. I’d like to record my sleep with my camera and Apple Watch to track better and will update sleep quality. Helpful tips: it can feel gritty and sticky, it’s better to apply after a shower so it absorbs better. On the feet with socks it feels most comfortable texture-wise. You’ll need to wash it off to remove stickiness. I did get an itchy stinging feeling for a bit, but it went away. I read that it’s because the body is deficient in magnesium, which causes the reaction. I really liked this right away minus the stickiness, and it seemed to help with muscle tension.
